✔️ Seek immediate medical attention if you experience:

• Blood clot signs like sudden numbness, weakness, shortness of breath, or fainting
• Allergic reactions such as swelling of face/lips/tongue, skin rash, or difficulty breathing

✔️ Common Side Effects:

• Increased appetite and weight gain
• Shortness of breath
• High blood pressure
• Hot flashes, facial reddening, "moon face"
• Increased blood sugar
• Fatigue, nausea, vomiting, passing gas, constipation, diarrhea
• Swelling in veins (due to blood clots)
• Mood changes, tingling sensations, hair loss, impotence
• Urinary frequency, vaginal bleeding changes
• Swelling in ankles, skin rash, and pain

✔️ How to Manage Side Effects:

• Constipation: Eat fiber-rich foods, drink plenty of water, and exercise.
• Diarrhea: Stay hydrated, but avoid self-medicating for diarrhea. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist.
• Nausea/Vomiting: Stick to light meals, avoid oily/spicy food, and rest after eating.
• Tiredness: Stay hydrated, eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep and exercise.

✔️ Before taking Apit 40, inform your doctor if you have:

• Diabetes
• Thrombophlebitis (blood clot due to inflammation)
• Intolerance to sugars like lactose
• Kidney issues (e.g., chronic kidney disease)
• Severe liver problems

Apit 40 is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is also not suitable for children under 18 years of age. Elderly patients (65 years and older) should use it cautiously, under medical supervision.

✔️ Usage in Specific Populations:

• Pediatric Use: Not recommended for children under 18 years.
• Geriatric Use: Use with caution in elderly patients (65+).

✔️ Overdose:
